Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all original tags and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings that have been worn.
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry.
- Sale or clearance items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
